The constant output current is 3A, and the power transistor can be internally optimized. The ON/OFF pin has excellent circuit and load regulation and hysteresis function. The XL1507-5.0E1 is equipped with built-in thermal shutdown, current limiting and second current limiting functions
- Output: For output voltages greater than approximately 10V, an additional capacitor CFF is required. The compensation capacitor is typically between 100 pf and 33 nf, and is wired in parallel with the output voltage setting resistor, R2. It provides additional stability for high output voltage, low input-output voltages, and/or very low ESR output capacitors, such as solid tantalum capacitors.
- Application: XL1507-5.0E1 can be applied to the following devices, LCD and LCD TV, digital photo frame, setting box, ADSL modem, and telecom/network equipment.
